INCORPORATION

AA Technologies was incorporated at Atlanta Georgia, USA in November 1991. The company was founded by Anil Ananthakrishna and  Alan Rubenstein.

MANDATE
The mandate of A. A. Technologies(AAT) is to develop and
Commercialize Electric and Hybrid Bicycles, Cars, Vans, Trucks and Agricultural Equipments using environmentally friendly propulsion systems.

PHILOSOPHY

AAT's designs utilize state of art technologies that are available in the market place. The use of existing components substantially reduces development time and investments. The final products, that result from this design process, offer proven quality, performance, and homologation at a
relative low cost.

STRATEGY

AAT is based in the United States as a holding company coordinating joint ventures for research and development of pollution free vehicles.
